Role Description (if you):

– Have been implementing/supporting SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management solutions for 2-4 years.

– Supported customer’s ineffective adoption of the best practice processes

– Understand the needs of hire-to-retire process challenges

– Know how to integrate these modules within the solution landscape

– Come with about 2 years invested in Human Resources (optional)

– Have good communication skills
